Long live your favorite garment

One of our pillars is play proof. For us, this means, among other things, that the piece is easy to maintain. Our goal is for children to be able to wear their clothes often, which means they can also be washed often. That is why we carry out a lot of tests on our raw materials ourselves first. For example, we always perform a washing test, shrinkage test, peeling test and colourfastness test. This is the only way we can guarantee that every fabric is truly play-proof.

One of the ways we can work together towards a more sustainable future is by extending the lifespan of our garments. We often find that clothes are thrown away early because of incorrect washing practices. That is why we have created a handy list so that you always know exactly how to wash your clothes. At Filou, we make sure that every garment can always be washed at 30° and again and again without any loss of quality.
