2. Go to your shopping bag, enter the cardnumber (long number on the back) , the internetcode (scratch the back of the giftcard) and the amount to be cashed
3.Choose “pay” to end your order.
Now you can find your child’s birthday code online too. You’ll see the code in the order summary under the statement of your loyalty points. Simply click on this code then select the free birthday T-shirt and the 10% discount will appear for the most expensive item chosen.
Can’t see a birthday code in your account? Please email us at info@filoufriends.com before your little little one’s birthday with the following information: home address, full name of the child. It often happens that a duplicate account has been created. So, if you log in with an alternative email address, you often find the right loyalty card. If this is the case, please let us know so we can combine the two accounts.
