With your first purchase (in our stores and online), an account will be created. In order to track your orders, you need to log in online at the top right with your e-mail address and password. Under ‘Your orders’, you can find your online purchases. If you can’t find your order on your account, the payment has not gone through and you have to place your order again. At the end of each successful order, a confirmation e-mail will also be sent automatically within minutes.
