1. Which payment methods does www.filoufriends.com accept?

To pay on www.filoufriends.com, you can choose between the following payment methods:

Mastercard/Visa card
Bancontact
IDeal (Netherlands)
Gift card

Payments on filoufriends.com are, of course, fully secured.

2. Do the different payment methods incur extra costs?

No, Filou & Friends does not charge anything extra for using the different online payment methods.

3. How can I be certain that my payment went through?

With your first purchase (in our stores and online), an account will be created. In order to track your orders, you need to log in online at the top right with your e-mail address and password. Under ‘Your orders’, you can find your online purchases. If you can’t find your order on your account, the payment has not gone through and you have to place your order again. At the end of each successful order, a confirmation e-mail will also be sent automatically within minutes. 

If you haven’t received this e-mail, then first check your junk mails. If you can’t find it in there, contact us at info@filoufriends.com.

4. Can I pay safely online?

Filou & Friends has installed a system that guarantees secure online payment: it is an encryption via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) that secures all your data in connection with your payment. At no time will your bank details be transferred to Filou & Friends' computer system.
