Job description
- As a Graphic Designer, you will think of themes/concepts that shape the collections.
- You translate the concepts into mood boards.
- Based on the theme, develop imaginative and playful (allover and placed) prints, embroideries and artworks for fabrics.
- Request for artworks is done through a technical sheet.
- You will immerse yourself in the fashion world, trends and techniques so that the artworks meet our 3 pillars; playproof, fashionproof and futureproof.
Profiel
- You have a higher degree in a creative field.
- You have at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in graphic design in the fashion industry or equivalent.
- Drawing, painting ... and complete mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are essential.
- You can relate well to the world of our target group of children aged 0 to 8.
- You have a sense of trends and thinking outside the box typifies you.
- You have the ability to create and elaborate original ideas and concepts into artworks with high fashion content.

Part-time salesperson Nieuwpoort
Filou & Friends is a Belgian children's clothing brand based in Marke (Kortrijk). Inspired by the fabulous world of little Filous (0 to 8 years old), our designers come up with colorful, imaginative and playful patterns and fabrics every day. In addition, comfort and quality are most important to us and we want our pieces to have a long and happy life, season after season and child after child. Together with our customers, we try to build a better world for our children. Our collections can be found in our own stores all over Flanders and online at filoufriends.com. For our recently renovated store in Nieuwpoort, we are still looking for a driven part-time salesperson who loves children and fashion!
