As Filou & Friends we want to be a premium brand with accompanying premium service for our customers. By premium service, we mean becoming a true partner-in-life. Together, we make our customer's life easier. That's why we remain committed to our 17 owned stores. Because we are convinced that this personal touch can still make the difference. Our saleswoman are always happy to help find the best combinations and the right size. That way we are sure that the clothes will be worn often.

Reusing packaging: We strongly believe in the power of reuse, even when it comes to the plastic bags in which our clothing is transported. Our store employees sort and reuse these plastic bags, which are around the delivered clothing. They then send it to our warehouse in Marke, where they are collected and returned to the manufacturer for reuse in the next delivery. The cardboard boxes are also reused at least 3-4 times. In this way, we contribute to a greener logistics approach. Why do we do this? Because we at Filou & Friends believe that even small steps can contribute to a more sustainable world. By choosing to reuse plastic bags, we reduce waste and reduce our carbon footprint.
